Abstract

Social media can make someone communicate in one direction, namely communication that comes from one party only and can go through two reciprocal directions that are not only in one party but both are involved in providing responses or feedback to the interlocutor. The purpose of this study is to explain the Effect of Instagram @rachelvennya Social Media Facility and Effectiveness on Online Donation Decisions on the Kitabisa.Com Crowdfunding Platform. This research uses a quantitative approach type. The method used is a survey method with a total of 100 samples. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression method with the help of the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The effectiveness of social media Instagram @ rachelven influences the decision to donate online on the Kitabisa.com crowdfunding platform with a significance level of 0.008 <0.05, (2) Social Media Facilities Instagram @rachelvennya influences the decision to donate online on the Kitabisa.Com crowdfunding platform with a significance level of 0.004 <0.05.
