PENGARUH INTENSITAS PENGGUNAAN FACEBOOK TERHADAP INTERAKSI SOSIAL DIKALANGANGENERASI X

This study aims to determine how much influence the effect and intensity of Facebook use on social interaction among X Generation . This research is a quantitative study and is focused on X Generation who are actively using Facebook. Theories used in this research are Uses And Gratifications and Determinism Theory. Data collection method is done by observation and distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling with the number of respondents was 100 people. Obtained results from R Square the effect of the effect amounted to 35.1%, while for the effecting intensity of 63.4%. Meanwhile, if the two variables are combined it will give an effect of 65.5%. T Test was found as 9,239> from T table 1,666 which means the hypothesis (H0) was rejected and (H1) was accepted.
