TINGKAT KEPUASAN PADA PENGGUNAAN MEDIA DAKWAH ONLINE

The development of technology today can make it easier for everyone to communicate, one of which is whatsapp social media. Besides being used to communicate, whatsapp application currently can be used as a means of da'wah in the Islamic religion. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction in online da`wah media users. Theories used in this research are Uses and Gratifications Theory and CMC (Computer Mediated Communication) Theory. The method used in this study is a comparative method. The population in this study were members of the SC Muslimah Online Study. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Based on the results of research in the Independent Sample t Test, the results show that between the Online Study and Offline Study have a different level of leadership. Then it can be concluded that there are differences in the satisfaction of the use of Da'wah Online Study and Offline Study media. From the results obtained from each indicator produced the conclusion that offline studies get a higher level of satisfaction compared to online studies, with the highest indicator is the satisfaction of integration and social interaction.
