Abstract

Kehamilan pranikah pada pasangan muda sering menimbulkan tekanan sosial dan emosional yang memengaruhi dinamika hubungan serta proses pengambilan keputusan untuk menikah. Situasi ini menempatkan pasangan dalam kondisi krisis relasional yang menuntut adanya komunikasi interpersonal untuk menentukan langkah yang akan diambil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika komunikasi interpersonal dalam proses pengambilan keputusan menikah pada pasangan yang mengalami kehamilan pranikah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap empat pasangan (delapan informan) yang menikah setelah mengalami kehamilan pranikah. Informan dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan kesesuaian pengalaman dengan fokus penelitian, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal diawali dengan keterbukaan dalam menyampaikan kondisi kehamilan, namun keterbukaan tersebut belum sepenuhnya diikuti oleh keterbukaan emosional. Pasangan cenderung menyimpan perasaan takut, cemas, dan tekanan sosial yang memengaruhi kualitas dialog interpersonal. Empati dan dukungan emosional berperan dalam menjaga keberlanjutan komunikasi, meskipun kesetaraan komunikasi belum sepenuhnya terwujud karena adanya dominasi peran dan intervensi keluarga. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan menikah tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi interpersonal pasangan, tetapi juga oleh tekanan sosial yang membatasi ruang negosiasi emosional dalam hubungan.
